Container is a small tube with a log only, BYOP. This one is just for the Smiley. It is NOT in a plant, shrub, or tree.

I was in the area visiting my parents after Christmas. We went to town and one of our errands was a stop at this office. After Mom's appointment, I asked and was granted permission to place this cache.
