Geocache Description:

Another bridge cache! This is an old bridge recently redone. I'll
let you figure out up or down.

In February 1996 this was my only way into Lebanon from Corvallis
on a very rainy day. 9" of rain in 48 hours! Highway 34 was
closed and flooded and so was highway 20. There was a policeman
here about ready to shut down the road as there were multiple cars
that attempted to go down the road here and stalled out. I
convinced him to let me try as I had a 4X4 pickup. I made it
through! Had many scary adventures on that day!
