A 4-stage multi located near one of the last working farms in the Valley of Heart's Delight. The farm owners do not know about geocaching and the final is not on their property. Some walking or bicycling between stages is desirable so you achieve the listed D/T, but drive if you must (obahf sbe ovbshry).

Stage 1: Start at the initial coordinates. Find the last name of the family that owns the land in the nearby structure. Use the following simple letter/number substitution code (letter A=1, B=2, ... , Z=26) with the family name to determine the coordinates for Stage 2 as follows: N 37 21.ABC W 121 59.DEF where: A=1st letter+3rd letter; B= 7th letter - 3rd letter; C= 5th letter; D= 2nd letter/2; E=4th letter/2 F= 6th letter.
Stage 2: Look North and find a sign with "1100" on it and a name. Using the same code as at stage 1, determine the coordinates for Stage 3 as follows: N 37 21.GHI W 121 59.JKL where: G=# letters in sign name x 2; H= 1st letter- 2nd letter + 2; I= 3rd letter - 1st letter; J= squareroot(4th letter) + 3; K=3rd letter/6; L= 2nd letter - 3rd letter + 3
Stage 3: Look down. You will see a date (year) inscribed below a name, which is when this area was originally developed. Use these numbers directly to determine the coordinates for Stage 4/Final as follows: N 37 21.MNO W 121 59.PQR where: M=1st digit + 3rd digit; N= 3rd digit - 2 * 4th digit; O= 4th digit; P= 2nd digit - 1st digit; Q=1st digit + 4th digit; R= 3rd digit + 2
Stage 4/Final: Use stealth at the final to avoid observation by residents. Construction in the area has been completed, so no worries there. Please remove the bottom of the container to access contents (as marked), not the top of the container to avoid damaging it.
