This Cache is placed on State Game Land in the Quehanna Area. It is easiest to drive back Ardell Rd and park at the Trail Head and cache in from here. There are over 14 caches here at the present time. The Trail is quite flat and is well maintained.
You can also access the Trail off of the Quehanna Highway. It is quite a distance to the 1st caches though since this land is on the Moshannon State Forest there.
In Hunting Season please wear orange as this area is frequently hunted!!!
In the warmer months watch for Rattle Snakes!!!
Bring along a lunch and spend the day hiking , caching & enjoying the great outdoors. Elk & other wildlife are seen in the 3 food plots that the Game Commission has planted back along the trail.
