Near a small lake my father takes my kids fishing. For CITO you can place tied bags near the street at the east entry (Locust Road)and a fellow cacher will pick them up. BYOB for now.
I placed this cache here while visiting from Virginia and GWSH will be keeping an eye on it for me.
