Geocache Description:

This cache is located in the historic Church St. Graveyard. The original reason for this graveyard was actually for victims of Yellow fever, which was widespread in the 19th Century in this area. During the Mardi Gras time each year, this Cemetery is quite significant. The reviver of Mardi Gras in Mobile, Joe Cain is burried in the front of the Cemetery. Also, the cemetery closes at 4:00 p.m. Please make sure to get here on time!

When you visit, you may notice some of the graves have been damaged. As part of my hint, you do NOT have to go look into any graves. Also, please remember to not be too loud. The cache looks like a dumbbell. REMEMBER TO BRING TWEEZERS AND A PEN. During Mardi Gras, check out Joe Cain's grave near the entrance and admire all of the Mardi Gras throws on the grave. Happy Caching and Happy Mardi Gras!
