This shrine was printed in "Shinagawa Susaki" that No.83 in "100 Famous Views of Edo".
"100 Famous Views of Edo" is a series of ukiyo-e prints by the Japanese artist Hiroshig.
In that ukiyo-e prints, there was sea in old times.
And there is Whale memorial which held a memorial service for the whale.
