This cache is hidden near the Yeelanna Silos and an old railways crane that was used in the past to load grain in bags onto rail cars.
Small round Sistema container
The cache is located just off the highway in Yeelanna near the Silos and the old crane. The crane still works, although it could do with a decent dose of WD40.
The crane is one of the few reminders from the days when grain was carted in sacks and many people worked very hard, long hours to get it shipped. Until modern bulk handling was introduced in the early 1960's
