Tom.dog: I am removing certain geocaches that are physically degraded, that represent potential private property conflicts, or are preventing otherwise properly maintained geocaches from being hidden in "choice" locations. This is an effort to provide better maintenance and care for some of my other caches in Colorado as I prepare for a future in which visits to this region will become more sporadic.
The first stage of this cache has been bulldozed during the new development going on; the final was just barely spared. Removing this one before all of the parkway is developed.
