ABOUT FT. TOULOUSE: This is a great park. One fort is totally restored and others are under construction/excavation. They do reenactments from timt to time about life back then. For info you can call them at: 334 567-3002. There are fields, woods and rivers with trails that crisscross all over. When you find the cache you may want to take a different trail back. There is a nice campground, picnic tables, and a boat ramp.
DIRECTIONS: From Montgomery AL you go from I-65 to N. Blvd. to 231 N.(6.5mi.). 8 mi. later the entrence is on the left at a stop light with a post office on the left. go 2.3 mi. to entrance gate where you have to cough up $2.00/head.
ABOUT THE CACHE: There are three. The first leads to the second and the second to the actual cache. The last cache is about 30 yds. off the trail next to a tree. It is not exactly where I wanted it but I feared changing water levels. It will make sense when you get there.
