Geocache Description:

Parking - N 45 25.149 W 122 48.246 A place where you can head up the hill, round the corner and BAM – a beautiful view of Mount Hood to the east is right in your face. Only on clear days of course! But it’s certainly good enough of a spot deserving of its own geocache.

You can’t park directly on SW Gaarde in this area, so you’re best off parking at the waypoint and walking on up to GZ. You could also park above GZ and take the pedestrian path down. With no real parking extremely close you won’t have to worry about the cars whizzing by but do be aware of walkers, joggers, and bikers – in fact, bonus points if you walk, jog, or bike to make the grab. The cache is not wheelchair accessible unless you have extremely long arms. Please hide the cache as well or better than you found it.
