The Kamiyanuma regulation pond is in Shiba, Kawaguchi-shi.
The purpose of building this pond is for preventing rise of water on an upper part of a river, and a flood on a lower
part of a river in the case of heavy rain.
Usually, it becomes a ground which enjoys a jogging and soccer and has become a place of citizens' relaxation.
Cache was hidden in this corner.
It is a place with many Muggles who is taking the dog for a walk in the daytime.
Attention of a night visit
This cache point has absolutely none lighting at night.
However, running and a walk are carried out also at night.
However, there is Muggle who does running and a walk also at night.
In order not to surprise them, please turn on a flashlight
and move on until it reaches a cash point.

上谷沼調節池は川口市芝にあります。大雨の際、川上での増水、川下での氾濫を防ぐ
目的で建設されました。
普段はジョギングやサッカーを楽しむグラウンドとなり、市民の憩いの場になっています。
キャッシュはこの一角に隠しました。
日中は犬の散歩をしているマグルの多い場所ですのでご注意ください。
夜間訪問における注意点
このキャッシュポイント周辺は夜間照明が一切ありません。
しかし夜間でもランニングや散歩をするマグルが存在します。
彼らと暗闇で遭遇する可能性が高いため、
キャッシュポイントに到達するまで懐中電灯を点灯して進んでください。
