You are looking for a pill container, along the trail that leads in to the tow path.
This will be hard to get out of it's hiding spot. I left it a tiny bit visible so it won't be impossible. It was rather cloudy and the coords were not consistent, so I gave a really good hint so that it shouldn't be too hard. Permit #OEC 120107-12
