Tour your way through Mikasa Park to the cache location.
From the entry point you'll need to head to the landmark referenced in the cache name. Stand in Yokosuka. The cache lies along a bearing of 171T from this spot.
Your second line of bearing extends 100T from the terrace behind the waterfall.
If you're resourceful enough to find the cache, get ready for a puzzle. Please be cautious. The box is not impervious to frustrated wrenching and tugging. It's not the simple kind you've probably seen in other caches around the area.
Mikasa Park is named after the famous battleship permanently moored here. The Battleship was Admiral Togo's flagship against the Russian Pacific and Baltic Fleets during the Russo-Japanese War of 1904-1905. After you've visited it, check out this historical video about the battle (visit link) Also in the park is a water tank made to look like a Japanese steam locomotive from the WWII era (same model as Hiro from Thomas & Friends for you toddler parents). Further along the park trail you'll see a small ampitheater used for summer concerts and a dancing water fountain that will play accompanying music from time to time.
Bring some Yen to tour the pre-WWI battleship and after the park head across the water on the ferry to Monkey Island for more historical structures and a day on the beach with the kids. Or try to find the caches hidden over there as well.
