Stop here to check out this roadside history marker which gives a bit of history about Winchester on one side and Joist Hite and Braddock on the other side. This marker is a roadside marker but there is a parking area for four vehicles and a very small park like area located here as well.
Park at the parking cords and you will nearly be on top of the cache.
Do not park at the Veterinary clinic across from this marker unless you plan on using their services. They do not allow parking for non-customers/patients. They called the police once on a Saturday for us Cub Scouts gathering in thier lot prior to a street clean up. :O
If parking is not available near the marker park at the post office or street and walk back.
