This is an easy P&G on the weekends. On weekdays there is a very high muggle rate due to the 3 nearby schools, John Adams, Will Rogers, and Santa Monica College. Room for small trinkets. As shown by logs below, around 5 on week days are also good times to look for this cache. Good luck and have fun!
