At stage one, wait for your device to get stage 2 info.

Again, you must have the needed GPSr to get the coordinates to the final stage. Physically finding the wireless beacon won't help.

Thank you FSU*Noles and andrewmcc for the first to find! So maybe if you are familiar with the area maybe you really don't need a gps....and your detective skills can lead you to the correct spot.
