Another cache from Irombark on the Beecroft Peninsular.
Beecroft is a beautiful place to visit but it is also a naval bombing range so it can be closed to the public while they go about blowing it up from the air and by sea.
You used to be able to drive all over the range, check out the craters and shot up old buses and planes on the range and pick up the the brass shells and flare cases but since the world changed on 9/11 the whole place is now fenced and a check point for entry makes it all very official but you can still get close to the bombs in some places and without them blowing up.
When the range is active they close the gates and put up the red flags so you can't get out to the caches on the peninsular, all you will hear is Kabooom as the bombs fall.
So this little cache will have to do if you arrive on one of those days.
Nice and easy but remember you could be watched so be stealthy in your search.
As always put it back exactly as you found it.
