This is an offset multi cache with only a small log.
Please take a tool to extract the log and a pen to sign it with intitals only.
The coordinates take you to where you can park.
Adjacent to your car you will see a public footpath leading down to the river (beside the tip).
You will not have to walk very far, perhaps only 15/20 meters. The cache IS IN FULL VIEW from the cordinates and shouldnt really take you very long.
There is LOTS of muggle activity and the rating is taking this into account.
