We're conducting an original event at a unique location...

All Aboard...

For another fun Event at a location not many may realize exists here!

On Sunday February 12th at 1:30pm at the Nevada Southern Railway.
We have arranged for a fun gathering at an interesting location, and if you so choose, you can join us for a ride on the train after the event.

The train usually consists of three air-conditioned/heated cars (two coaches and a wheelchair accessible car), an open-air car, and a generator car (to supply power for lights, air-conditioning and heating). The runs depart from the station at Yucca Street and proceeds west approximately 3.0 miles to just behind the Railroad Pass Casino. They use the right of way and track developed by the Union Pacific Railroad in 1931 to supply materials to Boulder City for use in the construction of Hoover Dam. The round trip takes about 45 minutes.

To ride the train:

The cost for a ticket is $7. per adult ($10. if we can't get at least 10 people to go) and $5 for children 4 to 11 years old. Young ones under 4 are FREE.

We are asked to collect the money for everyone who will be riding the train in advance, and have one person pay to cut down on a long line.

Money will be collected at the event sign in table. So if you are planning to ride, please try to bring the exact amount of cash you will need.

This is a neat place that the kids are sure to love. So bring out the whole family for a good time and have some fun!
