Turn off Hwy 60 onto BIA 1320 which turns into FR 473 (Phillips Mine Road). You will pass thru the ghost town of Seneca and pass by Seneca Lake. High clearance vehicle recommended.
Regal Canyon is the home of the Regal Mine. The mine is located in the bottom of the canyon. If going all the way to the mine I recommend 4 wheel drive or ATV. Check out: http://www.mindat.org/sitegallery.php?loc=53236 Enjoy the view.
