Things that happen every 4 years:

1. The Olympics


2. Elections


3. Total Solar Eclipse


4. Leap Year!


In celebration of this special year, we are planning some special caching activities in the Walla Walla Valley.

First.... this event! Come join us February 29 from 6pm to 7pm at Sterlings (see coordinates above). We are keeping the event short because...

Second.... 28 caches will be released on the 29th for our group to go find. The 28 caches plus the event cache will give you 29 finds on the 29th of February!

Third.... Starting February 18th, go out and find/inspect caches around town. Look for a specially marked Frog sticker....collect them. The cacher who brings the most stickers to the event will receive a prize. We aren't going to tell you which caches will have a sticker. You will have to figure that out for yourself. This may require you to revisit caches that you have already found.

Fourth....Groundspeak has announced that everyone who logs a “Found it” or “Attended” this February 29 will receive the Leap Day Souvenir on their profile.
