A Handicap Accessible cache in a busy spot. Please be mindful of the muggles that surround this spot and spend extra time creating a diversion or practicing stealth beyond measure.
This cache was placed to encourage you to reflect on the lost art of People Watching. Professional People Watchers (PPW's) have been spotted all over the Brandon area. You have seen them. Remember that guy that always seems to be at that spot when you pass by?
This cache is in honor of them. Try it out. This location is a great place to earn a degree in PPW. Note that EXTREME stealth will be needed. Once you have determined where it must be use a creative way of grabbing it so its secret is not exposed. Enjoy a few minutes of what people used to do before email, Fruit Ninjas and Angry Birds....
