Geocache Description:

The cache is a plastic container covered in black duck tape... The cache contains a few trade items, a log book and pens.

Be Warned there are some swans who have taken an interest in this location bring food! :D

I have checked for any signs of nesting, But have found none!

This is a real nice park, with plenty of life. The park itself has two lakes one of which is also used to teach boating. There is a car park within the park itself with 500 meters of GZ.

The park is one we bring ours dogs to so that may have a quick swim, the park has also undergone redevelopment in conjunction with the 2012 Olympic games.

The park now has a couple of new swing parks for younger children, and a new man made water system for the lake, these water systems include the major differing channels that you might find in nature, including an oxbow!
You may need to check for muggles in the area, as there are many. Due to the local children’s football clubs that use the fields.
If you sit on the nearest bench to the cache and look out over the lake, you will see the boating hut of the local canoeing club.

BEWARE the English & Canadian Geese, you might also get lucky and see several swans on these lakes as well, The other side of the boating hut is another lake; however this one sits in the middle of a conservation area. (visit link)

The GZ is easily accessible to everyone, however the actually location of the cache may cause problems for wheelchair cacher's!
The cache is actually accessible to adventurous wheelchair users as there is a small dirt path that leads right to the cache.
However I do know several users who would not let a little sloop stop them. There are two other good cache’s located in this great park area.
