JakeAsh: Well, this one has had troubles thanks to muggles and the homeless guy who decided to reside 10 feet from the original cache. This is no longer a suitable place for a cache so I'm shutting it down. Thanks to all who found it or at least tried.

Geocache Description:

Not quite a park and grab.

After traveling 22 miles from its headwaters in Black Mountain, the Swannanoa River ends here as it flows into the French Broad River. The river flows entirely within the geographical boundaries of Buncombe County and is a valuable resource, providing drinking water to the Asheville metropolitan area, and numerous recreational opportunities including scores of geocaches found along its banks.
You're looking for a camo'd container with room for TBs and small goodies. . BYOP and enjoy the sounds of the rivers.
