Geocache Description:

Located on the horse bike trail Easy to find just use your eyes. placed as part of the 8th vancouver hide-&-go cache We found Retro Gnome after removing a 30 year old hedge from our backyard last summer. Somehow this gnome had travelled from West Germany where he was created in 1981 to Comox where he promptly hid under the hedge until we destroyed it in 2011. Since we were the ones who destroyed his home we felt it was our duty to give him a new place to live. I am sure he will enjoy all the new visitors out in the park. Feel free to take a pic of your visit and post it on the cache page
