Mississauga Misfits: Went for a walk tonight and checked on this one along the way. The shed that this cache was hiding under is completely gone - replaced with a sign, and a memorial rock garden. It is much nicer now. However, the cache is gone. So this one is being archived to make room for new ideas. Thanks to all that visited!

Geocache Description:

Pay attention to the cache attributes. With heavy snowfall comes a little snow removal.

The cache is located in a hidden valley mountain bike challenge park that is located off of the Culham Trail, North of Hwy 403.

The park was named after a boy named Ellis Leuschner who died in a bicycling accident on a construction site. The City of Mississauga built the Challenge Park, with support from the Ellis Leuschner Fund and other community partners, to provide an area for children to ride mountain bikes. It was a very thoughtful contribution by the city of Mississauga. Groups of family and friends have set up a small structure in the park in memory of Ellis.

There are many trails leading off from the bike park area; some lead down to the Credit River. It is a great location for biking and hiking.
