Geocache Description:

A small park, all flat so this might even be wheelchair accessible. The container is big enough for the log and a few very tiny trade items.

Google maps lists this park as "Westbrooke Country Club." Needless to say I was amazed to find out that my neighborhood had a country club. Unfortunately when I took my tennis racquet and golf clubs around the corner I was a little disappointed. You'll notice that this park is very flat and level. The Westbrooke Neighborhood was established in the fifties and this was originally the site of the neighborhood pool. In the sixties the neighborhood gave the land to the City of Overland Park for some reason and the pool was filled. I still think you can see the remains of a hot tub and the outline of a pool, but that's probably just me.
