This cache is to replace the original A Plane View.
The easiest way to get into the dirt roads near this cache (all easily traversed by a car) is just before the railroad crossing on Valencia. The original cache ended up with homeless people camping around it and even though they would take you to the cache many people complained. So I have moved the cache to be within view of the base's fence. Because of base patrols I am hoping that the cache location will stay unknown to the local transient population. The cache is in a clear plastic container. Due to the scarcity of covering to hide the cache it is just pushed under a prickly pear patch and should be just fine there.
