Very small cache near the site of NMPamela's previous cache, Watching Baseball.
It was difficult to get a consistent set of coordinates, due to the metal fence in the vicinity. The hint will get you to the equivalent of a good zero. Stay on the trail side of the fence. The cache is hard to spot. Tweezers would be helpful for retrieving the log. Please do not disturb the slabs on the top layer of the concrete wall. It's not necessary.
