This cache was placed for the Pink Mug event 2012. It is another in the Winnie the Pooh series.
"Always watch where you are going. Otherwise, you may step on a piece of the Forest that was left out by mistake." This piece of forest isn't quite as nice as the rest and seems to have been left out.
