I’ve just moved house (always moving upwards!) – I’m now living at 51 North Geocache Heights (Flat B). It took me a long time to find the place, I’ve been dealing with so many estate agents and landlords it’s been a minor mission to say the least, but now I’m in seventh heaven. I’d been renting for a long time, but I made a new year’s resolution this year to “try to own” a place I could finally call my home. Once I’d been to Geocache Heights I knew that Flat B would be the home for me. Making an offer for the place was a nervous process – I started under the asking price and negotiated hard, there was a lot of backwards and forward, but they finally accepted after I’d augmented my fifth offer.
Geocache Heights is on the East side of town, and there’s zero doubt that it’s the nicer side of town. It’s really close to the beach which means I can get to the sea in double sharp timing. It’s well connected transport-wise as well, just off the M6, indeed some of the roads are used for the TT race in the summer. I hope you’ve kept up well enough to crack the clue, we’ll just have to see!
