This is your opportunity to take the road less traveled. It is best accessed by turning north on Frink road from highway 111 south of the border check point. Head south towards Niland.

The Coachella Valley is home to a large number of Canadians during the winter months. This cache has been placed to recognize the Canadian Snowbird. Cache contains as assortment of Maple Leaf medals, a log, pencil, and FTF lucky loonie. Please secure the loop closing on cache.
The Coachella Canal road runs along the Coachella Canal from the Glamis Dunes area in the south to Lake Cahilla (near the PGA West Golf Course) in the north. It stretches 122 miles long and can be very rough in areas.The stretch of road that we have placed our caches along is gravel (sometimes bumpy)which is navigable by even a mini van. There is not much traffic on this road as it is mainly used by Canal maintenance workers and border patrol officers.
