You can always tell where you are even with out looking. Talk about being "downtown". Be sure to take in the beautiful views from the plant as it overlooks the picturesque Fox River.
Be weary of muggles and be careful where you park.
You can't see them, but when the wind is right, you'll know they're there. With that, you should be able to "Nose" this one out fairly quickly, however you may need a "breath of fresh air" after finding it
Cache now has a much better view of the picturesque Fox River. Watch your step! Minor bushwhacking may be required here. (Depending on your approach.)
