Geocache Description:

This cache is located at one of several obvious spots near GZ. Given the current road works, access to the cache is best obtained by parking on either Brighton Rd or Tanunda Dr. Please do not think about attempting this cache unless you are wearing sensible clothing and footwear, climbing is required.

OK, so this wasn't where I had originally intended to hide the cache but the current highway roadworks have made me change my plans. The demolition of a popular fishing spot a few hundred meters up stream has seen angling muggles, their bait, and mosquitos migrate to what used to be one of my favourite place to sit, read and sun burn. Not exactly paradise anymore, so I had to find a new spot for the cache.

Migrating anglers and their smelly fish heads aside, this still has to be one of the most beautiful stretches of river in Perth, to the west are pretty much unobstructed views of the city and to the east are views of natural bushland that can calm even the most frazzled of minds after a hard day at work.

When you find the cache, take a moment to sit down on the 'seat' provided to you by mother nature and soak up the view. You are looking for a 750ml Sistema clip lock container wrapped in black plastic. The cache contains a log, pencil, sharpener. Cards for FTF, STF and TTF as well as swappables for most price points.

Please feel free to take a sticker for the kids if they don't have anything they can swap on the day. Please be careful replacing the cache - I don't know if it can swim...

**Congratulations to Ozcrawf for FTF***
