Geocache Description:

Cache not at listed coordinates! THIS AREA CAN BE VERY BUSY ON WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS. Solve a very simple puzzle for cache location.

This unknown caches is intended for the entertainment and education of folks interested in amazing "things" in our fantastic state. This cache is located on the Colorado Plateau which encompasses large chunks of Utah, Arizona, Colorado and New Mexico. Answer the following questions to obtain the cache coordinates. Standard letter/number exchange ie a=1 etc. I came across the fossil/imprint of a Dawn Redwood while servicing one of my caches. It was readily identifiable via Google. I am familiar with the tree as my younger brother had planted and nurtured one in his backyard in Antelope, California. In 1968 while taking some botany classes at College Of The Redwoods in Humboldt County, California I was given a seedling of one of these trees. I planted it but we moved a couple years later so I don't know if it survived. Pondering the climatic changes that have occured since those magnificant trees lived in New Mexico is quite intimidating. My mind has a difficult time grasping the how and why of it all. The climatic circumstances that had to exist for this imprint to form were obviously very different than we now experiance here in the Land of Enchantment. When you visit this cache you might be lucky enough to find specimens of this and other plants. Relax and let your mind wonder. ZK Coords are 35 33.ABC 106 48.DEF 1.
