Geocache Description:

With the co-operation of groundspeak and our helpful local reviewer I have decided to adopt this cache. It was one of the first i ever found, so it would be a shame to lose it. a new log book will be added, any finds since this was published will be added to new log book. previous finds of the original cache in this location will need to revisit

The location is within Oakwell Hall Country Park, which over recent times has become quite densley populated with geocaches and would make a lovely day out whatever the weather (well in my opinion it is - though most people will prefer the sunny or perhaps frosty days) The original cache was placed back in May 2006, and has been visited by over 200 people. The hide location should be fairly obvious as you approach, you do NOT need to go rock climbing. Do take care in wet / icy conditions, keep an eye out for the various wildlife around the park, and enjoy your day. Other nearby Caches include:
Oakwell Trail
Dipping for Cache
Old Railway Bridge
Nova Wood Path
Oakwell Totem Pole
and the Oakwell Re-Cycled series starting here
