In UncleTom’s honor we will be having a Leap Day Event at
Harry’s Hofbrau. UncleTom had initially planned this event,
but is now unable to organize it and attend, due to illness.
We’ll have cards for people to sign so we can let him know
we’re thinking of him and wishing him well.
The restaurant will rope off the area near the windows, which
will accommodate about 50 people. If possible, let us know by
February 22nd if you are planning to attend. If we have more than
50 people, Harry’s will also reserve more tables in the area
closest to the window seating.
On Wednesdays there is a Ragtime band that plays from 7:00-8:00,
so we’ll have our raffle at 6:30 pm to avoid having to shout
over the music.
Groundspeak has also announced that everyone who logs a
“Found it” or “Attended” this February 29th
will receive the Leap Day Souvenir on their profile. They are
hoping to set a record for logs posted on a single date…and
we’re hoping to see you at this Event!
