West Hills Complex The West Hills Complex once was home of the Minnesota State Public School for Dependent and Neglected Children. It is now owned by the City of Owatonna. The main administration building is now the Owatonna City Hall. http://www.orphanagemuseum.com/ To find information on the State School Museum. There's alot of interesting history associated with this place.
This is a four stage cache. 1st Stage; Virtual at listed coordinates. From the posted coordinates, head at the bearing of 56 degrees and distance of 352 feet 2nd Stage; Micro 3rd Stage; Virtual: On the beacon, you will find a 4 digit number. Subtract 1627 from that number to get ABC and subtract 1683 from that number to get DEF. The Final coordinates are N 44⁰ 05.ABC W 93⁰ 14.DEF 4th stage; Regular Hope you enjoy the hunt! Walk the grounds, imagine being dropped off at the front steps of the main administration building. Oh, by the way, I may be watching you cachers on this one, so wave, when you find it.
