Geocache Description:

A brilliant new public facility in the centre of the picturesque village of Belbroughton. Recycling at its best! The residents of Belbroughton are very community minded and opened a new public amenity in the centre of the village. The cache is set to highlight the new amenity and hope that other communities can embrace this idea and take it back to other villages so that the phenomenon can grow.

The cache is sneaky, a clue is in the title, and the hint will be required if you don't want to search for ages...

Please respect this facility and the local residents! Stealth may be required.

What a brilliant idea for a village amenity, let's all have one!

I had to correct the coordinates with maps as the GPS was playing up, so any corrections are gratefully received, but the amenity should be obvious everyone.

This cache has been re-listed after some mindless vandals trashed GZ and the first cache. Hopefully this cache will survive for longer than the first one.
