Micro hidden near the old Brandon House Furniture building (which has now been torn down). Bring your own pen. Congratulations to ronwhite for being FTF!
I used to work near here and drove past the old building every day. It had been vacant for at least 6 years (as long as I'd worked around there) but was probably vacated long before that from the looks of the grounds. Whenever I see buildings like that, I think that at one time, it was a very exciting prospect for some eager business owner. It's sad to see how things can change. (Note: Since placing this cache, the building has been torn down, so things have *really* changed now!) You start with high hopes, but the area just doesn't produce the outcome you're expecting. You might experience some of that same feeling while looking for this cache. You're searching for a small cache, approximately the size of a 35mm film canister. I believe a muggle calls the woods nearby "home" so I would not visit this cache after sunset.
