Geocache Description:

The Second in a series of Puzzle Caches celebrating Great Canadian Musicians

THE CACHE IS NOT AT THE POSTED COORDINATES

Trooper is the ultimate Canadian arena rock band. They toured the country extensively in the 70's and 80's and visitied just about every small town in the country. Trooper was my first rock concert ever in the arena in Hanover. Many years later, when I mentioned this to my wife, she said that her first concert was also Trooper, but in the Northern Ontario town of Iroquois Falls. This was the appeal of Trooper; that and the fact that their songs were fun and just bad enough that your parents would not approve.

The band's 1979 album, Hot Shots, broke all records for Canadian sales of a Canadian album, reaching Quadruple-Platinum status. Hot Shots was a greatest hits album containing remixes of all of the most popular songs from Trooper's first five studio albums. "The Boys in the Bright White Sports Car" became a hit single upon the release of Hot Shots.

WARNING:The cache is easily accessible during the winter. During other times of the year, this will be an unpleasant wet and muddy walk, mostly thanks to the 4-wheeler damage.
Feel free to try, but the terrain will go up accordingly.

Good luck and have a Good Time!
