You're looking for one of my homemade containers in a little parkette neighboring the Daily News.. I'm not sure how accurate the coords are because all I had for a GPSr was my phone, and the coords were really bouncy because of the buildings. If you could, please report how the coords did for you. I have the approximate location in the hint if your coords are bouncy.
