This is one of 25 caches Q125 Mesquite Geocache Challenge placed within the City of Mesquite as one of the many events throughout the year to help celebrate Mesquite’s Quasquicentennial: A year-long event to foster a pride of community, as well as develop an appreciation for Mesquite’s history.
This is one of 25 caches Q125 Mesquite Geocache Challenge placed within the City of Mesquite as one of the many events throughout the year to help celebrate Mesquite’s Quasquicentennial: A year-long event to foster a pride of community, as well as develop an appreciation for Mesquite’s history. The Mesquite Golf Club covers 154 acres and a full 18 holes par 71 course that is geared to beginner through intermediate golfer. The course has gone through a total renovation over the last 15 months. The renovations made are; replace and rebuild the course’s greens and tee boxes, addition of family forward tees, addition of 15 bunkers throughout the course, relocation of holes 8 through 10, re-routing of holes 6t, 7, 8, 12, and 15 and restore more than 500 yards that was lost in a 1980s re-routing of the track. The Mesquite Golf Club is another local attraction owned and operated by the City of Mesquite. The course planned opening is to be early July. Enjoy this fairly easy Multi-cache placed with the permission and knowledge of the City of Mesquite Parks and Recreation Department. No need to go out on the course itself or interfere with those on the course. Be mindful of the fact surveillance, roaming course marshals during operating hours and possible mugglers in the area. Hours of operation do very. If parking lot is closed with it would be best to NOT proceed. Generally open from sun-up to sun-down.
