This is my junior spotter's first hide. Parking is free at the Van Pugh 'South' parking area. If the lake is down, you can enjoy a nice lakefront stroll out to GZ. If the lake is up; well, you'll need a boat.
Apparantly, we have drastically under-estimated the difficulty rating system here, and based on the fact that it could require water travel at times of full pool, we are updating the terrain rating to 5.
The cache is located on high ground on a beautiful little point with a splendid view of Three Sisters Island. The cache itself is not in plain view, but it's not far from it either. It is about the size of a 35 mm film canister. Bring your own pen!
