The short life history of Petőfi:
  • He was born in Kiskőrös in January 1 at 1823. He learned in 9 school, so it had the advantage that a very early age had a rich life experience.
  • In february at 1839 he joined the National Theatre like an auxiliary workers.
  • In september at 1839, in Sopron, he joined the Imperial Army like a volunteer soldier.
  • In october at 1841, he returned to Pápa, where he was studiing.
  • Here, he evolved a close friendship with Jókai Mór.
  • In 1842 appeared his first poem in Athenaeum , A Borozó.
  • From the summer of 1843 he came in contact with young people in urban intellectuals and every day turned in the Pilvax.
  • From the autum of 1843, he was a trouper again.
  • At 1844 October he published the A Helység Kalapácsa, which was a comic epic.
  • At 1846, he meet with Júlia Szendrey at the county prom of Nagykároly.
  • At 1847, he read the Toldi, and then evolved a close friendship with János Arany.
  • At 1848, he was one of the main organizers of the March events, and he wrote the 12-point manifesto.
  • During the revolution he received the rank of captain.
  • At 1849 January, he logged to Captain Bem.
  • He lost forever at The Battle of Segesvár in July 31 at 1849.
