Prime numbers are natural numbers (1, 2, 3, 4, etc.) which have
no positive divisors other than 1 and itself. Here is more
information on prime numbers.
We will meet at the above coordinates at 5:02pm (17:02) and will
meet for 17 minutes. (5, 2, 17, and 2 are all prime numbers...the
end of the coordinates, 563 and 577, are also prime numbers).
You may bring a prime number printed or written on a large piece
of paper. If you are bringing your own prime number, please include
that number in your will attend log so that no one brings the same
number. If you do not bring a prime number with you, one will be
provided for you! Here is a list of the first 1000 prime
numbers.
The schedule for the event is below:
Arrive and act muggle like until 5:02pm
5:02pm - Assemble at the posted coordinates and sign log.
5:07pm - Line up holding prime numbers...organize ourselves in
order from smallest to largest prime number (don't forget to
include your prime number in your will attend log).
5:13pm - Group photograph of everyone holding their prime
numbers.
5:19pm - we will quickly disperse.
You will receive a souvenir for Feb. 29 and this will be an
opportunity for you to fill in this calendar day as well.
