Just beyond this hiding spot is a welcome to Cumberland sign. Most of these sign will welcome you to a side of Cumberland but it appears that even the City does not know what to call this area. North side or East side.
Parking is on Frederick St. Do not stop in the turn area and please watch out for your kids and traffic.
Difficulty is up do to people being everywhere.
