Seems to be a neat little powerline trail down here with some views you don't see very often!
You can park at the end of Oneta St in West Duluth.
Should be a quick find, container is big enough for trade items. BYOP just in case. Please conceal better than when you found it! Watch out for muggles!
Started cache off with a beaver/gopher toy?
(Note- So I have been told that people who use Garmins, handheld GPS's,etc.. have a hard time finding my caches due to the fact I get coordinates from my iPhone. I cannot fix this and I will not change my coordinates, A few helpful cachers will post revised coordinates from their devices when they post a log and you can use those, Good luck and happy hunting.) (Also, If you are using a cellphone or tablet for caching, your in luck, you shouldn't have any problems!)
