"BREAKING NEWS! Longview, WA: Scattered reports are coming in that local residents have been spotting what could only be described as a being from another world.
The police department has been reciving calls all day of a small, green, bipedaled creature lurking around area bushes and parks with a small electronic device. It's intensions are unknown, but some unconfirmed reports say that the federal government is now involved in the hunt. They point to an odd transmission, from an agency called the "314's" (a group usually talked about in conspiracy theory circles) people have been picking up of "chatter" between possible "314" agents looking for the creature.
The transmission has been heard in a small area around Longview's Mint Valley neighborhood. It apperently is running over the AM frequency and can be found by taking the number of planet in the Solar System Neptune is, subtract the number of planet Earth is, and by multiplying that by the agency's name."
Geocacher: Your job is to listen to this transmission, and to possibly go and find this alien. We have reason to believe the creature has sinister intentions of stealing a geocache. Stop him, and log the cache, before he gets away.
